1.Myntra E-Gift Card is redeemable on www.myntra.com & Myntra Mobile App.
2.The holder of Myntra GV is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3.This E - Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
4.Multiple E- Gift Cards can be clubbed in a single order. E -Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit and cannot be reloaded.
5.This E-Gift Card can be redeemed online against sellers listed on www.myntra.com or Myntra Mobile App only.
6.In cases where the order is cancelled, the E- Gift Card amount shall be refunded to the source E-Gift Card.
7.If the order value exceeds the E -Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid by Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking/Cash on Delivery.
8.If the order value is less than the amount of the E - Gift Card, the outstanding balance (after deduction of order value) will reflect under the same E -Gift Card and can be used for subsequent transactions.
9.GyFTR/ myntra.com/QwikCilver Solutions are not responsible for any acts of omission or commission if Gift Card is lost, stolen or used without permission.
10.Once the E - Gift Card has been sent to the customer, then the customers are bound to protect the E-Gift Card PIN or E -Gift Card number. In the event of any misuse of E -Gift Card due to loss of any such confidential details due to the fault of the purchaser/customer, myntra.com/ QwikCilver Solutions Pvt. Ltd shall not be held responsible for the same and no refund can be issued against such E -Gift Cards.
11.Myntra along with its sellers reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the E-Gift Card, including extending.

Terms & Conditions

1.This E-Gift Card is redeemable on the online ecommerce platforms of Nykaa group entities to include Nykaa.com, NykaaMan.com, NykaaFashion.com, and used at Nykaa Retail stores (Lux and On Trend formats)
2.This E - Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
3.E -Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit and cannot be reloaded.
4. This E-Gift Card can be redeemed online against sellers listed on Nykaa.com, NykaaMan.com, NykaaFashion.com, and used at Nykaa Retail stores (Lux and On Trend).
5.The Gift Card once purchased cannot be cancelled, refunded or returned. Once purchased, the recipient email ID or mobile number cannot be changed.
6.You can redeem only 1 Gift Card per order. To redeem multiple gift cards, please add the gift card to the Nykaa Wallet. The Gift Card can be combined with promotional codes and with other payment options.
7.Nykaa reserves the right to cancel the E - Gift Card if the same have been found to be purchased with fraudulent means and/or the beneficiary/Know Your Customer (KYC) details as per RBI Guidelines are found to be incorrect/insufficient. In such cases, the funds shall be credited back to the same source from where these were received from. You agree to provide truthful and accurate information during the purchase of e-Gift Cards. Nykaa may call for further information and documents from you in compliance to know Your customer and Anti Money Laundering guidelines issued by RBI from time to time. In the event the information provided by you, end beneficiary/Know Your Customer(KYC) details are found to be incorrect/ insufficient, Nykaa retains the right to cancel or block the e-Gift Cards issued.
8.You agree and understand that E - Gift Cards are a prepaid payment Instrument subjected to regulations by RBI Under the RBI guidelines, Nykaa may be required to share KYC details of the purchaser/ redeemer of the Gift Card and/or any other information with relation to the purchase of the Gift Cards and/or transaction undertaken using the Gift Card with RBI or such statutory authorities. Nykaa may contact the purchaser/redeemer of the GC for any such information.
9.Nykaa is not responsible if a card is used without permission. You agree and acknowledge that you shall be solely responsible for maintaining secrecy of the code provided to activate the e-Gift Card.
10.If the order value exceeds the e-Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid by another payment option.
11.Nykaa will have the right to cancel the e-Gift Card obtained fraudulently and the funds have to be credited back to the same source from where these were received.
12.Nykaa does not warrant that the services and products provided to you pursuant to this Agreement will be free of interruptions, errors, bugs, viruses or security problems.
13.Nykaa E-Retail Pvt. Ltd. does not make any warranties, express or implied, with respect to e-Gift Cards including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event an e-Gift Card is non-functional, your sole remedy will be the issuance of another e-Gift Card, for the value remaining in the non-functional card.
14.The conditions stated in these Terms and Conditions are in addition to the terms and conditions of every e-commerce platform of the Nykaa group. Nykaa reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion and without prior notice to you.
15.Registered users can add multiple Nykaa Gift Cards to their Nykaa Wallet and use the combined Nykaa Wallet Balance for redemption.
16.Nykaa Gift Cards/E Gift Cards / Nykaa Wallet Balance cannot be used to purchase Gold/Silver Coins, Gold/Silver Bars and Jewellery.

Terms & Conditions

1.These terms and conditions apply to the Amazon Prime Membership issued by Pine Labs Private Limited (Pine Labs) under the brand name Qwikcilver and co-branded with Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited (Voucher).
2.An Amazon Prime Membership is a prepaid payment instrument that can be used to purchase Amazon Prime Memberships (3-months, 12-months, Prime Shopping edition or Prime Lite plan) or Amazon Pay Anytime Gift cards (inactive zero value gift card) from Amazon.in. An Amazon Prime Membership cannot be transferred or canceled once it is issued (please reach out to the issuer (Pine Labs) for any assistance in this regard). Additionally, as per Amazon business guidelines, Amazon Prime Memberships cannot be claimed on Amazon Business accounts.
3.The Prime Lite Membership provides customers access to FREE unlimited Same-day/1-day delivery, access to HD quality movies & shows on Prime Video on one device of choice (mobile/TV), and early access to shopping events. Prime Lite does not include access to ad-free & 4K UHD Prime Video, Prime Music, Prime Reading & Prime Gaming.
4.The Prime Shopping Edition (PSE) Membership plan provides customers access to FREE unlimited Same-day/One-day delivery and early access to shopping events. Prime Shopping Edition does not include Prime digital benefits, including access to Prime Video, Prime Music, E-books & Gaming.
5.Credit and Debit Cards issued outside India cannot be used to purchase Amazon Prime Membership.
6.Amazon Prime Membership cannot be used to purchase any other physical or digital product on Amazon.in including but not limited to:
(i) Products on 'Global Store' on Amazon.in, recharges, all kinds of bill payments, all kinds of ticket bookings, and financial products on Amazon.in.
(ii) Purchase Amazon Pay gift cards (pre-loaded) on Amazon.in.
(iii) Pay for mixed item orders if the order has at least one non-eligible item.
7.Amazon Prime Membership cannot be used to purchase Prime membership plans if the customer has a telecom provider (Airtel, VI, Jio, etc.) activated Prime membership on the same Amazon Account.
8.Existing Amazon Prime members who purchased Amazon Prime/Prime Lite membership via Google Play are not eligible to redeem the Amazon Prime Membership for extending/upgrading the Amazon Prime Membership.
9.Beneficiaries of the Amazon Prime Membership can apply the 13-digit numeric code on
https://www.amazon.in/vouchers and add the Voucher balance in his/her Amazon.in account.
10.Customers can add a maximum balance of INR 1799 to their Amazon Prime Membership balance.
11.Amazon Prime Membership can be claimed/redeemed only once per customer.
12.Amazon Prime Membership activated via Amazon Prime Membership can't be canceled and is Non-refundable.
13.Amazon Prime Membership cannot be transferred for value or redeemed for cash.
14.GyFTR/Pine Labs/Amazon or their affiliates are not responsible if a Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission.
15.Amazon.in logo/trademark is an IP of Amazon or its affiliates and the Pine Labs trademark/logo is an IP of Pine Labs.
16.GyFTR/Pine Labs reserves the right to change these Voucher terms and conditions from time to time at its discretion and without prior notice to you. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.

Terms & Conditions

1.This is a Croma Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) and would be accepted at the stores and on the website at https://www.croma.com/.
2.The holder of the Instant Gift Voucher is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3.Beneficiary should announce the intent of using the Instant Gift Voucher before making a purchase.
4.Only valid Instant Gift Vouchers at the sole discretion of CROMA shall be accepted for redemption.
5.Multiple vouchers can be used against one bill.
6.This is one time usage Gift Voucher.
7.Instant Gift Voucher cannot be revalidated once expired
8.CROMA or its affiliates are not responsible on account of the beneficiary sharing the Instant Gift Voucher number and the voucher getting redeemed on that account
9.The Brand may ask for a valid Government identity proof at the time of redeeming the voucher.
10.Instant Gift Vouchers will be accepted across all mentioned outlets.
11. Croma at its sole discretion may add or remove an outlet from the list without giving any prior notice.
12.CROMA makes full efforts to accept all Instant Gift Vouchers but on account of technical / administrative reasons, an outlet may refuse to accept vouchers.
13.This Instant Gift Voucher cannot be redeemed on specific block out dates. CROMA may add or delete any date on its sole discretion.
14.CROMA or any of its partners would not be liable to pay any form of compensation etc on account of an outlet not being able to accept Instant Gift Voucher. The customer would be liable to settle the bill.
15.If an Instant Gift Voucher gets blocked on account of technical issue, it would get activated in 72 hours.
16.Any dispute should be referred to the company from where the Instant Gift Voucher has been received, decision of the company shall be final.
