1.This is a Bata Gift Voucher (GV)/e-Pay and would be accepted at the listed stores.
2.The holder of the Bata GV/e-Pay is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3.The GV can be converted into e-Pay, as per convenience of the holder.
4.Multiple GVs can be clubbed up to 20,000 and added to the e-Pay balance within 30 days.
5.Only valid Bata GVs/e-Pay, at the sole discretion of Bata, shall be accepted for redemption.
6.The Bata e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
7.The Bata e-Pay cannot be transferred to another e-Pay account, exchanged for cash, or any other form of currency.
8.Bata GV/e-Pay cannot be revalidated once it expires.
9.Bata, GyFTR, or its affiliates shall not be responsible if the beneficiary shares the GV number or account credentials resulting in unauthorized use of the GV/e-Pay balance.
10.Bata GV/e-Pay will be accepted across all mentioned outlets at its sole discretion. The brand reserves the right to add or remove outlets from the list without prior notice.
11.Bata GV/e-Pay cannot be redeemed on specific block-out dates. Bata reserves the right to add or delete any date at its sole discretion.
12.Bata, GyFTR, or any of its partners shall not be liable to compensate for any outlet's inability to accept GV/e-Pay. The customer would be liable to settle the bill.
13.In case of a technical issue leading to the blockage of Bata GV/e-Pay, it shall be reactivated within 72 hours.
14.Any dispute should be referred to the company from where the Bata GV/e-Pay has been received, and the company's decision shall be final.
15.Bata or GyFTR may terminate or suspend Bata GV/e-Pay if any fraudulent or unauthorized activities are detected.
16.Bata or GyFTR reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions of the Bata GV/e-Pay at any time.

Terms & Conditions

1.This is blinkit (formerly grofers) Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) and would be accepted on Blinkit Mobile application (Android and iOS)
2.The person who has the blinkit (formerly grofers) GV / GC Code is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3.Single GV / GC can be used in one bill/transaction.
4.This is a ONE time use GV / GC with an expiration date
5.Blinkit (formerly grofers) GV / GC CANNOT be revalidated once expired or cancelled under any circumstances.
6.No credit note / refund for the unused balance amount of the GV / GC will be given.
7.Any such unused balance amount shall stand lapsed automatically.
8. Blinkit (formerly grofers)/ GyFTR is not responsible if the Gift card is lost, stolen or used without permission.
9.Blinkit (formerly grofers) GV / GC cannot be used along with other Promo codes or bank offers while making a transaction.
10.Delivery charges will be applicable as minimum order value norms.
11.The gift code does not cover delivery charges, packaging charges, tip amount or any other extra charges applicable on blinkit (formerly grofers) for order processing. These charges would still be payable additionally after applying the gift code.
12.Blinkit (formerly grofers) GV / GC cannot be redeemed on specific block out dates as may be intimated / updated by blinkit on its website from time to time. Blinkit (formerly grofers) may add or delete any date(s)/period(s) on its sole discretion without any liability.
13.Blinkit (formerly grofers) shall on best effort basis attempt to accept Insta Gift Vouchers (GV) / Gift Card (GC), but on account of any technical reason or for any reason beyond control of blinkit (formerly grofers), GV / GC may not get accepted on the website and blinkit (formerly grofers) shall have no liability for the same.
14.If an Insta Gift Voucher (GV) /Gift Card (GC) gets blocked on account of technical issue, it would get enabled in 72 hours. In case of transaction failures after Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) is applied, amount would be automatically refunded to the same cards within 48 hours
15.Blinkit (formerly grofers)/GyFTR reserves the rights to edit/change the terms and conditions for the Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) at any time without any notice or liability.
16.Blinkit (formerly grofers) has the final authority on the interpretation of these rules.
